It has been a tough year for everyone. Since people are circulating and drinking beer in a social setting again, we decided there needed to be a treat waiting for you at StillFire. Borrowing from our experience crafting some of our easy-drinking beers, we thought a re-imagining of the perfect first craft beer was in order. We started with some imported Munich malt to augment our American barley base adding just a hint of toastiness to the flavor. A mix of German and American hops impart a small balancing bitterness making Reboot both thirst quenching and a beer you can settle in with for the evening. We didn't stop there though. To enhance the aroma and flavor, we took one of our favorite hops, Strata, and did a delicate addition to add a touch of berry, tropical fruit, and melon.
