FULFILLMENT POLICIES

Refund policy

  • Customers can receive a refund should any product not match the description paid for or if the product is damaged or expired. Customers must bring proof of purchase and evidence of one of the above in order to receive a refund.

Delivery policy

  • StillFire does not ship beer. All customers must complete their order by picking up the purchased goods at StillFire’s location in Suwanee, GA with a valid Driver’s License indicating the customer is over 21 years old.

Return policy

  • See StillFire’s Refund Policy. Customers are entitled to a refund or a credit to exchange their purchase for a product of equal or lesser value.

Cancellation policy

  • All sales are final. No cancellations permitted
