GIMME S’MORE

We thought of all the things we liked to enjoy around a fire. Beer came up #1 on the list but S’Mores were a close second. Our Brew Team deconstructed the S’More in great detail to infuse the flavors that would invoke those memories without the trouble of sticky fingers. We started with an English Porter then added a caramel brown malt known to have a graham cracker flavor. We added Chocolate Malt, Brown Sugar and Vanilla to add chocolate and marshmallow flavors. Then, in true StillFire fashion, we simply added chocolate bars, marshmallows and graham crackers to the kettle. The result is a true Porter but with a twist– It smells and tastes of chocolate, marshmallow and graham crackers. Not all at once, not over the top, but pleasantly layered with the Porter so in the end you know you are still drinking a beer.
