Why would you take a perfectly nuanced beer that is both straight-forward and eminently crushable, then try to make it more complex? Because we are Stillfire, that’s why. Our Blond Ale has been a go-to staple since we first opened our doors 18 months ago, but there are always beer drinkers who want to try more. We are proud of our Pale Ales, IPAs and Double IPAs, but there are also times when you want a little less than that. Rather than make it hoppy like a kangaroo, we brewed a beer that is only a little hoppy like a fluffy bunny rabbit. We delicately dry hopped it with tropical Citra hops and let the added nuanced layer of flavor and aroma speak for itself. The switch from Blond to Dirty Blond is maddingly both obvious and almost imperceptible at the same time. A beer you can truly spend a lot of time with and not feel guilty. Even your regular beer won’t get jealous.
