A NEW HOP

X-Hop Series Episode 3, A New Hop is a true experiment in the beer galaxy. This Tropical Hazy DIPA, with its 7.3% ABV and 30 IBU, is brewed using not one but TWO Experimental Hops: HBC 586 and HBC 472, combined with Mosaic hops and a special yeast blend known for tropical character. The result is an out-of-this-world IPA bursting with tropical aromas of guava, papaya, and mango, all beautifully laced with intriguing notes of wood and coconut! This is a beer even a Jedi Master would raise their glass to! May the hops be with you!
