All That Razz is exceptionally refreshing thanks to an intense citrus-like lactic tartness and sourdough bread malt flavors. To balance that somewhat, we chose to infuse the beer the traditional Berlinner way with Raspberry syrup (mit schuss) giving a delicious fruity aroma and flavor that is sure to please. Although we doubled the strength, we went fully traditional by having almost no hop character. Prost!
