Occasionally an IPA is not exclusively about the hops. We did use a new hop to celebrate our 200th day however we didn't stop there. Local honey and a generous amount of oats lend a rustic, nutty and silky quality to this IPA. A pleasing berry and tropical fruit aroma give way to honey and oat flavor that make this beer so special, you just have to taste it.
