HOP GUN

It‘s time to kick the tires and light the fires on our latest IPA – Hop Gun. We loaded up our Gattling Gun of a continuous hopper, literally a Hop Gun, with delicious El Dorado hops and shot up the hazy gold target area for an entire hour. We canceled the afterburner at flameout so we could drop Comet and Triumph hops in, named after classic airplanes and sports cars Before we landed this baby, we gassed up at the airborne tanker and dry hopped it again for good measure. The result is a hazy dark golden IPA with a complex tropical fruit flavor that even has hints of Peach, apricot, coconut and lime.
