HOP TUAH

In the middle of another hot summer, you might hesitate to put a large IPA in your mouth. To alleviate that fear, it took a little after hours undercover work from our team of pros. We thought we would keep the intriguing flavors and full, creamy mouthfeel of a classic New England IPA and lower the alcohol to a point that you want to come back for seconds (or thirds). We added a higher percentage of oats and wheat while maintaining an array of pleasing citrus and tropical flavors. We dove headfirst into our stash of Citra and Mosaic hops and generously dosed this beer in such a way as to make it lead with orange and grapefruit then transition to mango and papaya. How could you not feel good about that? Hop Tuah is the Summer IPA we think you will tell your friends about. We want you to sip on that thang all night long.
