MENACE II SOBRIETY

American Lagers have a pleasant light malty flavor with a touch of rice or corn. Hop character is equally subdued with the style being known for being easy on the palate with a clean crisp finish. Then there is Menace. StillFire crafted a stronger bolder Amercan lager that is double the alcohol and triple the flavor yet it still retains the balance of its little cousin. It’s a lot of dynamite with a short fuse — subtlety complex yet impressively quaffable. Menace pairs well with the 3 Bs of backyard fare: Burgers BBQ and Burritos.
