My Clementine

My Clementine is a beer conceived by two of our Founders in collaboration with our Brewing Team. It is holiday-themed modern American Craft Sour that has a soft, clean tartness from a Lactobacillus Sour Mash of wheat and barley. The tartness accentuates and complements the fruit flavors and spices, specifically orange, cranberry and cinnamon. Reminiscent of the combination of flavors in the secret family cranberry sauce at Thanksgiving, Clementine is dialed back to make it, at 5% ABV, a beer you can settle in and watch a football game while eating Thanksgiving leftovers.
