PALE YEAH!

The original Craft Beer wave in the 1980s was fueled by an Americanization of the traditional English Pale Ale poured in pubs in the UK for centuries. These beers featured the original Pacific northwest hops that were resiny with wood and grapefruit character. With IPAs all the rage 40 years later, we thought a reimagining of the American Pale Ale was in order. We decided to feature a more modern tropical flavor and aroma from our hop selection. We placed drinkability, balance and nuance over pushing the limits and making a statement. The result was a more sophisticated, smooth beer, lower in bitterness and alcohol with Mosaic and Citra hops that add the perfect amount of tropical fruit, berry, tangerine and lime without completely covering up the light biscuit and caramel malt notes. Refreshingly fruity but pleasantly light, this well-balanced pale ale just might be your new warm weather go-to!
