Rocky Raccoon’s Honey Lager featuring M.C. Bandit and D.J. Chicken

At the urging of G, we rolled up our sleeves, invited our friends over, and put our spin on Charlie Papazian’s most popular homebrew recipe of all time. Pretty much everyone who came over to help had brewed it at least once and oh yeah, Charlie himself Zoomed in to offer his thoughts and support, but I forgot to ask him how many times he brewed Rocky. We started with imported German hops and Pilsner malt. We added Charlie’s Fist Bump yeast and local honey to create a deliciously nuanced elixir. We even entertained the yeast by playing Beatles tunes their ancestors listened to in Charlie’s basement. The fragrant aroma of wild flowers, spicy hops, and malty honey carry over to the flavor and subtly linger in the aftertaste.
