We went on a Quest to hunt down the rare Galaxy hop and share it with you. Known for citrus, passion fruit and even a touch of ripe peach, Galaxy is a perfect summer hop for an approachable and smooth IPA. The malt base was kept light so while fruity, this IPA finishes dry to be thirst quenching as well as smooth and balanced. Galaxy is grown half a planet away however we would have scoured the known universe to bring you this wonderful beer.
