For thousands of years, Italians enjoyed their fine wine. Italian craft brewers had an uphill battle a decade ago convincing their countrymen beer had evolved. Embracing an abundant and popular ingredient, the craft brewers created a grape ale that slowly made believers out of skeptics. Our version is a beer that is very wine-like. We used a white grape blend for the summer that is both fruity and aromatic.
