Light refreshing and true to classic Bavarian style, Waschbär (German for Raccoon!) pours a lovely pale straw color with impressive clarity. It has a fluffy white head that retains incredibly well and leaves beautiful lacing. The flavors are complex with nuances of subtle bitterness, showcasing rich bready doughy character along with some sweet bread. The mouthfeel is exceptional—coating and fluffy with a lively yet smooth medium body that culminates in a creamy finish.
