YA PHILTHY ANIMAL

A Christmas Sour dedicated to our Brewmaster Phil. We started with a base of tart ale brewed with barley malt and white wheat. We then added a generous portion of cranberry. Orange peel, zest and puree add both depth and complexity to the holiday fruitiness. Cinnamon spiciness completes this delightful holiday beverage like the white star on top of the Christmas tree. This is the perfect beer to enjoy after you’ve had a long day of vanquishing bad guys, no Tommy Gun required.
